We have completed many different types of inspections.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing.  We will notify the client of any item that is noted.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

5. Certifications- International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (INTERNACHI)

NACHI front-ends its membership requirements. My association turns down more than 1/2 the inspectors who want to join because they can't pass the entrance exam or fulfill the many membership requirements. NACHI inspectors have to meet all the membership requirements and pass the exam before being accepted into NACHI.
